Harriet Habert is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Arc Advisors. Prior to Arc, Ms. Habert was the Managing Member of Habert Capital Advisors LLC, where she advised and raised institutional capital for alternative asset managers. Prior to founding Habert Capital Advisors, Ms. Habert was a Senior Director at Invesco Private Capital and a Client Portfolio Manager for the firm’s private credit, private equity, and venture capital strategies. Her prior experience includes leading institutional sales for Hollis Park Partners LP, where she developed and implemented the marketing strategy for the launch of a structured product hedge fund, and distributing structured products in the capital markets at UBS Securities and BMO Capital Markets.

Ms. Habert began her career in New York City as a structured finance attorney and spent five years at Skadden Arps where she represented underwriters, issuers, and investors in all aspects of structured finance transactions. Ms. Habert received a JD from Cornell Law School and a BA from Binghamton University, where she graduated with honors.

Ms. Habert is a Member of the Advisory Board for The Ackerman Institute’s Gender and Family Project and a Member of the New York State Bar.
