Temilayo Butler is Vice President and Deputy Creative Director at HarbourView Equity Partners, where she focuses on deal sourcing, investment strategy, and creative value creation across the firm’s music, media, and entertainment portfolio. She previously worked in business development at HarbourView, driving fundraising initiatives and strategic pipeline development, and served as Operations Lead for a16z Cultural Leadership Fund’s Black Digital Art Collective, where she helped manage a DAO investing in digital art and cultural assets. Temilayo began her career at Goldman Sachs in Investment Banking and Sales & Trading, supporting capital markets transactions and corporate strategy initiatives, and notably helped place 50 diverse directors on corporate boards for clients preparing to enter the public markets.

Temilayo holds an M.B.A. from The Wharton School, an M.P.S. in Arts and Cultural Management from Pratt Institute, and a B.B.A. in International Business from Howard University. She is a Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree in Finance, a Cannes Lions Creative Academy fellow, and a member of the Milken Institute Young Leaders Circle.
