Carlos is a seasoned finance professional with nearly 20 years of experience in Corporate and Investment Banking, leading Capital Markets at HarbourView Equity Partners. Prior to HarbourView, he spent 6 years at Fifth Third Bank, building a strong reputation as a lead advisor to media and entertainment clients, originating, structuring, and arranging financing solutions for companies in the industry. Carlos began his career in the Investment Banking Group at Merrill Lynch, followed by roles at Jefferies and the CIT Group. He holds a BA in Political Science from Rutgers University and an MBA from the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
