Peter Phung is Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer of HarbourView Equity Partners. Peter spent 4+ years in entertainment and media investments, including roles as Head of Investments at Primary Wave and Head of Investments & Finance at Tempo Music. Prior to joining Tempo, Peter spent 2+ years at Harry’s and JetBlue in Treasury and Capital Markets, specializing in corporate debt structuring, bank and investor relations, and cash/investment management. Additionally, Peter spent 5+ years at Morgan Stanley in leveraged credit, supporting leveraged buyouts, M&A and dividend recapitalizations in the technology, media, and telecommunication sectors. Peter earned a B.S. in Accounting from SUNY Geneseo, M.S. in Accounting from SUNY Binghamton.
